Holiday Inn Little Rock-Airport-Conf Ctr by IHG

My family visited just for the day. We were attending a martial arts competition. Areas of the hotel we used were nice and front desk staff was very welcoming. Clean bathrooms. Different options of seating and allowed for great view of all the competition mats.

I've visited this place about a year ago and met Delett (Kiki). She works in the breakfast lounge. I don't expect her to notice me, but I've noticed her. Her consistent professionalism stood out to how she treated me and others. About a year later, I'm back. And Kiki had not wavered one bit. Still professional as ever to me and everyone else. Not to mention the food on point every day. Nice variety for all eaters. Also, in this year later , I met Danny this time. If I hold my breathe he may be one of the most professional guys on the planet. This guy speaks so calm and professional to be a big guy. I'm not sure if they were taught this, paid, or learned how to be so professional and kind to people, but we need more professional people like this all over in every business. If Holiday Inn not careful, they may be found and prosper somewhere else in life. The whole world needs to meet these two. Thank you Danny and Kiki if you ever see this post.

Best hotel experience I have ever had. I've stayed in motels from coast to coast top to bottom. Every member Of the hotel staff (I didn't venture into the on-site restaurant/bar) was welcoming, helpful, and polite. If you needed something they were right on it. Rooms were clean and modern. Only thing I didn't love was if you didn't want to eat on site you do have to travel 3-5 miles, no biggie. There's a small convenience store across the street and they also have their "little store" with drinks and snacks at the front desk.

Great place even under construction.. the Breakfast staff, Christine and Danielle were simply amazing ladys.. as well as the front desk attendants made us feel like we were right at home!!"well 100 percent be back.

Honestly a great spot. It was under renovation. Only reason I give 4 stars not 5… -Sticky Carpet -Stained chair and Ottoman -Desk was sticky from old varnish -hallway had a musky odor Staff were extremely nice, room was very clean and smelled fresh (unlike hallway), bathroom was clean and had all the amenities, great water pressure with hot water, bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. Linens were fresh, no bed bugs! Super nice and at a reasonable price! Would stay again, can’t wait to see once the renovations are done!

We stayed here in the past and we loved their attentiveness. Breakfast was not over the top, just your average continental style buffet, but the service is always great! Hopefully next time the place will be fully renovated ..

Came for my grandson’s graduation. Stayed here to be close to the airport for the return flight. Glad I did because my flight was canceled and I had to stay another night. The hotel is clean and the people are wonderful-day and night crews. They comp’ed my breakfast because of the cancellation and I had a nice cup of coffee visiting with a couple there on business. The restaurant off the lobby was good and the service was great. Friendly people. After grabbing a to-go order and heading back to the fourth floor, my room key didn’t work. Called the front desk and he said that he would bring me a new one after taking care of the crowd in front of him. He did-so kind. The only complaint is that the toilet was almost unusable-didn’t want to flush completely. Needs a new commode. Enjoyed my stay

My stay before I went to Damascus Arkansas and my stay when I arrived back from Damascus was a great and comfortable stay and 2mins from the Clinton Airport, Free Shuttle was quick and accessible
